The use of our website www.coombefarmorganic.co.uk and the purchase of products from A H Warren Trust Limited, Coombe Farm Organic through the website is as a condition of your agreement with our following terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions and your use of this website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This law does not affect your statutory rights.
If at any point we make changes to our terms and conditions, we will notify you by email and/or a notice on our homepage.
1. Prices, descriptions and availability of goods
Coombe Farm Organic is regularly reviewing the prices on the website, all prices are subject to change without prior notice. However the customer will only pay the price of goods at the time of purchase. We do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, comissions or errors in our product descriptions, including pictures, information and prices.
If an order has been placed which contains products that are currently unavailable, a full refund of the product will be processed. The refunded amount will appear back into the account you initially paid with, please allow up to 5 working days for the transaction to appear. Coombe Farm Organic are not responsible for any discrepancies regarding the processing of a refund.
Coombe Farm Organic is an independent, small-scale farm, therefore all our products are subject to availability. Any order requests are accepted at our sole discretion whilst we also maintain the right to decline orders without explanation.
All prices on www.coombefarmorganic.co.uk are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT).
Our subscription service offers orders automatically generated and delivered on a regular basis. The customer, at checkout, selects a frequency and authorises a regular box to be automatically ordered and delivered at those set intervals. By confirming your order, you are agreeing to the selected products being delivered at your chosen interval unless otherwise edited using ‘My Subscriptions’ in your account. Once an order has been generated we can’t process any amendments. Products out of stock on order due date will be refunded back to the account authorising the subscription.
The regular box offer of 5% off of every box only applies to subscription holders. To qualify for the discounts, orders must be placed via the subscription service. Discounts will not be applied retrospectively. The value of the box has to be over £30 to qualify as an order. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Our products will be sent in boxes directly to you, insulated with sheep’s wool which maintains a constant temperature up to 40 hours. Additionally, cooling ice pads will be used to extend the low temperature. So your meat stays frozen until it reaches your door.
If you are not home to receive your box, our couriers will leave the goods in your designated place that has been stated by you. Note that if not delivery message is left, the box will be returned to the depot and could result in the products being unsuitable for consumption. Coombe Farm Organic trading as Coombe Farm Retail limited will not be liable for any products wasted in relation to the delivery note. They will also send you a message, either text or email, providing an hour slot for the delivery of your box.
We deliver all around mainland Britain, excluding the Highlands and Islands.
A national courier is used for all deliveries.
If you’ve placed your order before 12pm, we’ll collect your goodies on the same day. Your box will then be delivered on weekdays directly from our Farm to your door within 24 hours. Orders after 12pm will be collected and dispatched the next weekday and then delivered on weekdays within 24 hours. The delivery charges are depending on the value of your order.

In the event of a delivery not being delivered within the quoted time, through direct customer contact with a third party courier, the company shall not be liable for any losses, costs damages or expenses incurred to either the customer or a third party.
4. Payment & Security
The security of your financial information is very important to us. All of our online payments will be processed through our secure payment service provider morphpay to ensure the highest possible level of security and fraud protection available for all of our customers. Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in order to encrypt sensitive information during the payment process. We currently accept all of the major credit & debit cards. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£).
5. Cancellations, Complaints and Refunds
You can cancel your order within two hours after your online purchase. We can not cancel an order after this period.
We hope that you enjoy our products. But if for any reason you are unhappy, please let us know why as soon as possible, by sending us the batch number and the reason why you are disappointed with the product.

A H Warren Trust Limited, Coombe Farm Organic reserves all copyright of content provided on this website (including photos, illustrations, designs, logos & texts). Use, printing or copying of materials on this website, other than in the course of browsing, choosing products and placing order with us, is prohibited. In the event of infringement A H Warren Trust Limited, Coombe Farm Organic, reserves the right to raise legal proceedings to protect its commercial interests.
7. Information Collection and Sharing
We ask for certain details in our registration and payment processes such as your name, address and contact information. We keep your records to make future transactions quicker and smoother for you. We will not share or sell this information to third parties other than as disclosed in this statement. We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the website, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Our liability is limited and excluded to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.
