James Whetlor 'Jerk' Marinade Recipe

This Caribbean-influenced marinade is probably the flavour people most associate with goat. We tried it with our Organic Duck Wings and it was just as delicious! Removing the seeds from the Scotch bonnets will reduce the heat, Serve the skewers with sweet potato or rice.
