Pork Heart with Stir Fry Vegetables

The heart is agruabley the hardest working muscle in the body which makes a very lean cut of meat to enjoy. It can be slightly off putting to prepare and cook however you will not be disppointed in the succulent taste.

Ingredients & instructions

2 organic pork heart 

2 sliced peppers 

8 diced carrots

Handful of broccoli stems 

1 diced onion 

Handful of shredded cabbage 

100g diced mushroom 

400g bean sprouts 

1 crushed garlic clove

Sea salt 

Ground black pepper 

100ml hoisin sauce 

Olive oil 

1. Grab your pan, place on the hob and add a splash of olive oil. 
2. Slice our pork hearts and add to your pan. 
3. Once the heart is cooked add your carrots, onion to the pan and cook until soft. 
4. Then add your pepper, broccoli, cabbage, mushrooms, bean sprouts, garlic, salt and pepper until soft.  
5. Add your hoisin sauce to the ingredients and mix well. Serve immediately.
