Organic smoked paprika is a versatile secret weapon every cook should have to hand. It's made from peppers that have been smoked, dried and crushed, resulting in a really complex, layered flavour. It's smoky, yes, but with a sweet-edged kick of heat that's well rounded and deep. Use it in everything from homemade sausages to North African tagines or traditional Hungarian beef goulash.
