For fans of white meat - as well as fans of hassle-free cooking - Coombe Farm organic turkey breast is just the ticket. Choose from 2kg, 3kg or 4kg joints, perfect for feeding between 4 and 8 hungry guests. Our butchers have carefully removed the breast from the turkey carcass leaving no bones behind. That makes cooking straightforward and carving a doddle. We've left the skin on to keep the joint moist as it cooks and give you the lovely contrasting texture of crispy skin and tender, juicy meat.
Coombe Farm turkeys are all Kelly Bronze birds, reared in an organic, free-range farming system. We've chosen the traditional Bronze for it's distinctive flavour and even distribution of meat across the carcass. To get really flavoursome turkey with great texture and character, our birds are grown slowly to 24 weeks. They eat a natural diet and their active lifestyle means they have strong muscles and robust skeletons. Once slaughtered, we hang the carcasses for at least 10 days. This allows the meat to mature and flavours to intensify.
