Simplicity is the key to the making and curing of our organic chorizo. We rely on just a few ingredients - prime pork meat and fat, paprika, black pepper, a pinch of salt and a sprinkling of brown sugar - that unite to create a distinctive, hearty flavour. This is a sausage with plenty of bite that holds its firm texture when sliced or cooked. We don't believe in adding unnecessary chemicals, additives or preservatives to our food so there are no nitrates and certainly no bulking agents in our chorizo.
