Thinly sliced, with just the right balance of smoky richness and fresh fishiness, our organic smoked salmon would be welcome to put in an appearance at any meal. Our Northern Irish producers take their carefully reared organic salmon and combine it with their special cure that includes organic salt and sugar. Once the cure has preserved the flesh, the fish is slowly smoked over a mix of beech and oak chips to imbue it with a flavour that's punchy but never overwhelming.

Our organically produced salmon is amongst the purest you can find, with no chemicals or pharmaceuticals used in the rearing process. The fish grow strong swimming against the powerful currents in the Atlantic Ocean, off the coast of County Antrim. This means they're muscular, with just the right balance of fat to keep their flesh moist and tender. 


  • Supplied: Insulated box at -18°C
  • Freezing: Suitable for home freezing, use within 6 months
  • Defrosted: Store between 0 - 5°C and use within 2 - 3 days
