Let's start with the Organic Streaky Bacon - we use sea salt and a little sugar and then slice! The bacon looks a little 'greyer', but this is because it is pure and not messed about with! We then make our Chipolata Sausages with pork mince that has been balanced with lean meat and just the right amount of fat. This fat adds flavour and succulence to the finished sausage. But we don't want to see it just running away into the grill pan. So we add a little potato starch that soak it up, keeping it inside the natural casing for a super-juicy, flavour-packed sausage.
