Though pork is a versatile meat that shows up in all sorts of guises (hello, bacon, gammon and sausages) it can be, well, a little bit bland sometimes. But not on our watch. At Coombe Farm Organic, our pigs are a cross of heritage breeds, reared slowly to give them plenty of time to grow strong and develop good muscles. These muscles come from living an active outdoor lifestyle and it's this activity that results in great depth of flavour. Keeping busy is vital for happy pigs, which is why ours live in small, sociable groups with the liberty to act exactly as pigs naturally should.
