Pork and Garlic Sausages [Gluten Free]

Succulent pork with a pungent hit of garlic

Give suppertime something to sit up and take notice of with our organic pork and garlic sausages. The sweetness of our pork mince is complemented beautifully by the gentle hum of the garlic – we haven't gone overboard, it's more of a garlicky suggestion than a statement. Sizzled up and served as traditional bangers and mash they'll add a little twist of difference, or casserole them in a tomato sauce rich with herby Mediterranean flavours for a substantial and filling weekday dinner.

The pork mince that we use to make our sausages comes from meat taken from across the carcass. While we do use 'trim' (the extra bits of meat that don't quite make a proper cut) we combine this with whole muscles to make sure the mince has excellent texture and plenty of body. A lot of pork's characteristic flavour actually comes from fat so we've added the right balance in with the meat to give you a really traditional pork sausage. Because our meat's so good and hearty we don't feel the need to stuff our sausages full of bready fillers. Which is excellent news if you're following a gluten-free diet.

Product FAQs

  • We deliver our organic produce Tuesday – Saturday. Delivery charges for weekday delivery are £3.95 and Saturday delivery £6.95. You can also select pre-12 delivery option which is at a higher rate of £6.95 for weekday delivery and £8.95 for Saturday. If you spend over £80 you will receive free weekday delivery. The cut off period to get your order the next day is 12pm any order placed after that time will be delivered after 2 days. For example if you order after 12pm on Tuesday you will receive your box on Thursday.

  • Our products are sent to our customers frozen because when we started the business we looked into convenience for our customers. We found that sending the produce frozen meant that they could order for instance a month’s worth of produce and could go into their freezer until they are ready to use it. It also meant that there was less risk to the meat whilst been delivered as fresh meat can be delicate and risky.

  • All of our meat is butchered in house. In December 2018 our in-house butcher was built which means that we have full control of what is cut and also means that we can accommodate more requests from our customers.

You will find all the ingredients on the relevant product pages.

  • We have a dedicated page which explains all the different cuts and where they come from. Find out more here www.coombefarmorganic.co.uk

There's no need to do anything fancy with your pork and garlic sausages – just cook them through until golden brown on the outside and piping hot inside. For an indulgent lunch, serve them up in a soft bap with a kick of hot mustard and a dollop of relish. Or throw them on the barbecue and enjoy them with herby potato salad and buttery corns on the cob.
