Making bone broths and stocks is something we feel passionately about here at Coombe Farm Organic. If we've gone to the trouble of breeding and rearing an animal, it's important to us that we make the most of every last bit of the carcass. There are lots of nutrients and flavour locked away in bones and the connective tissues that hold them together. When slowly cooked up with nothing more complicated than water, bones yield a hearty broth that can be used to add an extra dimension to all sorts of dishes.
Broth- made from organic grass-fed beef bones, organic chicken bones, filtered spring water, organic onions, organic carrots, organic apple cider vinegar, organic black peppercorns, organic bay leaves, organic thyme, and *pink himalayan salt.
Mixed with organic grass-fed beef mince (95%), organic potato starch, *sea salt, organic cracked black pepper, organic onion powder, organic pimento.
