At Coombe Farm Organic we don't see burgers, sausages and mince as second-rate cuts. These versatile freezer staples are at the heart of many a weekday supper and we think they should be as delicious and wholesome as every other cut of meat we serve up. So we use white and brown meat from across the carcass in our chicken mince and our expert butchers make sure they take advantage of every piece of trim. This ensures no good bits go to waste and delivers a hearty (but lean) burger with fantastic texture and full flavour.
