Ordering for Christmas could not be any simpler! Simply browse our organic range here on the website - we have everything you need from Christmas Birds to Roasts, all the delicious Trimmings and even produce for a decadent Breakfast.

Then, add what you'd like to your basket and choose your preferred delivery day (see dates below). We deliver across mainland Britain (unfortunately we don't deliver to the Highlands, The Channel Islands or Ireland).

Christmas Delivery Dates
This Christmas, last orders and any order amendments must be done by Friday 17th December,
- We are delivering frozen produce up to and including Sunday 20th, Monday 21st, Tuesday 22nd & Wednesday 23rd December.
- We are delivering fresh Whole Organic Turkeys and fresh Whole Organic Geese only on Tuesday 22nd & Wednesday 23rd December.
- If you are local to the farm in Somerset, you can Click & Collect your order on Thursday 24th December.
But, if you want to be super organised we have frozen birds available now! Blast-frozen straight after hanging, all the great taste has been preserved. Simply keep in the freezer until you need it, defrost the day before, and you will not tell the difference.
The office will be open (8:30 am- 5 pm) on Saturday 19th December through to Christmas Eve to help with any enquiries.

Ordering Your Christmas Bird
So, be it Turkey, Duck or Goose, you've decided on the perfect Christmas bird for you, but before you place your order here are a few tips to ensure you have everything you need for the big day.
Size matters, so choose carefully. We recommend 2 portions per kg for whole birds and 4 portions per kg for boneless breasts. Birds by nature grow slightly differently, they are all individual in their own right and so we take an average and place them in a weight bracket. For example 4-5kg, 5-6kg and so on. If in doubt, we recommend ordering a slightly larger bird than you desire to ensure you have enough meat to feed your crowd, after all, no one is going to turn down seconds of such a succulent bird. Need help with sizing here are our approximate measurements;
Turkey (Cm) 5.5kg= H15 x L36 x W26. 6.5kg= W30 x L50 x H20. Goose (Cm) 4.5kg= W19 x L40 x H25. 5.5kg= H20 x L50 x W26
There is no need to brine, baste in butter, or do any more hokery pokery to one of our birds. We have put the hard work in growing and preparing it in the right way to make your job of cooking it at home hassle-free. So simply pop it in your oven following our simple instructions.
The Story Of Your Bird
For most, thoughts of Christmas only pass through their minds as they see the first festive advert on TV. But for us, as early as it may sound, thoughts of Christmas begin in the Spring.
We only rear Bronze Turkeys, a traditional breed that not only tastes amazing but grows well on a simple diet of organic cereals and grass. This does, however, mean they take a long time to grow. We bed down a large barn and let our chicks grow under shelter for one month to develop enough feathers to protect themselves outside, where they spend the summer and autumn roaming freely, until they reach maturity naturally, at around 26 weeks.
The utmost care is not only taken whilst raising them, but preparing them too. We dry pluck each bird by hand before hanging it in the traditional way, to develop a real depth of flavour to match the wonderful texture it has been developing all year long.
