To thank you for shopping sustainably, you can earn points every time you shop with us.
Without you, we couldn’t continue to produce high quality, organic and sustainable produce that is better for you and better for the planet. So it is really important to us that we can give something back for your loyalty to our little farm in Somerset.
It’s free to join, and you will be automatically set up in the Coombe Club when you create an account.

First log-in to the website using your account details. The easiest way to access your Coombe Club Points is by clicking on the green button that says ‘Coombe Club Points’ on the bottom right hand corner of your desktop or mobile. You can also access it via the ‘My Account’ page in the top menu.

You can only enter one voucher code at the checkout – this means the maximum discount you add to an order is a £10 voucher.

Once you are logged in to the website, click on the on the green button that says ‘Coombe Club Points’ on the bottom right hand corner of your desktop or mobile. Here your points balance will be displayed.
To convert your points into either a £5 voucher (500 points), free standard weekday delivery (500 points) or a £10 voucher (1000 points), click ‘Get reward’.
A 14-digit code beginning with ‘CF‘ will appear. Copy and paste the code into the final page of checkout in the box labelled ‘Enter discount/voucher code’.

You can enter your birthday within your Coombe Club Points account. Click on the green button that says ‘Coombe Club Points’ on the bottom right hand corner of your desktop or mobile.
On the left hand side, click ‘Earn points’.
Click ‘Birthday Treat’ and enter in your birthdate. You will then receive 350 points on this day.

On the left hand side, click ‘Earn points’.
Click ‘Like Us On Facebook’ and/or ‘Follow Us On Instagram’ and follow the prompts. You will be asked to sign in to these platforms to hit the like / follow button on our pages. You will earn 30 points for follow.

Click on the green button that says ‘Coombe Club Points’ on the bottom right hand corner of your desktop or mobile.
On the left hand side, click ‘Refer friends.
You will be given several options to share a code via Tweet, Whatsapp, Meta Messenger, Facebook sharing or Email. Or you can copy your link and share it how you like. By referring a friend they will receive £10 off their first purchase and you will earn 1000 points if they spend over £40.

When you create a customer account with us, you are automatically enrolled in our loyalty rewards scheme, Coombe Club Points. You will earn 250 points right away.

Your points will expire after 6 months.

You can continue to access the codes clicking on the green button that says ‘Coombe Club Points’ on the bottom right hand corner of your desktop or mobile. You will see a heading called ‘View Rewards’, click on ‘View Reward’ and the copy will be shown to you, ready to copy and paste into the checkout page.
