We have created a nique selection of mouth-watering dishes all made with organic meat and ingredients. Sous Vide is a slow cooking method used by michelin chefs, the meat is cooked evenly which produces fantastic tender and juicy meat. Using this technique ensures that the natural flavours of the meat are retained and when mixed with some amazing ingredients produces a rich, deep taste. The best thing about this method is that it is so quick and simple for you at home, all you need to do is remove it from the packaging, place it in your oven at 180°C and cook until hot! (different cooking appliances will vary)
