The character and quality of the meat we produce at Coombe Farm can be attributed to a few things. Firstly, we breed our calves by crossing dairy cows with beef bulls to produce offspring that have good muscle coverage and powerful frames. Secondly, we slowly grow the calves to natural maturity, feeding them a natural diet and allowing them plenty of freedom to roam. Lastly, we carefully butcher every carcass, making use of every part and meticulously trimming each cut so you don't have to.
