There's quite a knack to making a good sausage: it can't be too dry or too fatty, too thick or too thin, too crumbly or too stodgy. That's why we test and retest all of our recipes, to make sure that we produce a consistently high standard of product time and again. Of course, working with the very best quality grass-fed, free-range beef doesn't hurt either. Husbandry and welfare are at the core of our philosophy at Coombe Farm and we believe that animals should have the ability to live lives that are natural and relaxed, following their instincts in sociable groups.

**Although our sausages are made with natural, gluten-free ingredients they are made in our onsite butchery that handles nuts (including peanuts), seeds, cereals, soya and products containing gluten.
