Everything You Need To Know 

Christmas 2021 

  • When is the last delivery date for Christmas?
    The last delivery day for any orders is Wednesday 22nd December. We do recommend selecting as early delivery date as possible to avoid any delays from couriers, weather or anything else outside of our control.
  • You can collect your order from us here at the farm on Friday 24th December between 8.30am and 12pm. 

  • We recommend receiving your order as early as possible to avoid any delays.

    If your order contains all frozen and ambient items we suggest booking your delivery for as early as you can in December.

    We have added two extra delivery dates this year - Sunday 19th and Monday 20th December 2021.

    If your order includes fresh Christmas poultry, please select 20th, 21st or the 22nd December for delivery. Your fresh bird will be perfectly fine until the 26th December if kept refrigerated. Our last delivery day is Wednesday 22nd December, we recommend avoiding this date should there be any delays this year.

    Click and Collect orders will be unavailable for collection between the 20th and 23rd December, this is due to the number of online orders we need to carefully manage in this week. You can however choose collection for Friday 24th December between 8.30am and 12pm. 

  • If you place an order online, you will receive a tracking number from our courier. The courier will keep you up to date with an estimated time or when you can expect to receive your delivery. If you need any assistance please do contact us and we will be happy to help you,

    Subject to stock, we will do everything we can to add items to your order. We do need 7 working day’s notice before your delivery date to add items to your order.

  • We ask that this year you give our team as much notice as possible with any amends to your Christmas orders.

    To change your delivery address we require at least 7 days notice before your order is due to be delivered.

    We will try our best to change any delivery dates, however, please be aware we may not be able to make this alteration. Please contact our Customer Service team who can help you in more detail, please send an email to [email protected] or call us on 01460 279509.

  • We will still be able to cancel any orders due for delivery before 1st December (with our usual requirement of 4 days’ notice before the date of your delivery). However this year we will not be able to cancel after 17th December. You will be able to add to orders (stock depending), or place more than one order if this helps you to plan at home for your Christmas celebration.

  • We are doing our best to ensure our most popular products remain in stock. Please bear with us, and keep checking back on the website for the latest stock availability.


  • Yes, our courier has strict protocols in place for their drivers to ensure both you and them are kept safe.


  • Simply check the storage tab on each product page for guidance on whether your product is fresh or frozen.
